The Sunshine Coast is along the north-west coast, north of Vancouver, BC. The only way to get there is a 40 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver over to Langdale. The next town is Gibsons and as one drives north along the coast you get to Sechelt situated on the isthmus joining the mainland with the next peninsula. Grace had a chance to spend nearly a week in this area with her friend, Melanie, whose friend Margaret acted as their personal tour guide. They visited many beaches and forest trails in this beautiful area. View Map
