Elephants

Two Videos
1. On our August 2015 Safari to southern Africa, Mashatu was one of the camps we visited. They have two “Hides for Blinds” built next to waterholes where visitors can watch but not be seen. I learned that my iPhone could do “Time Lapse” movies, so this is the result when one family of elephants came to drink. It compressed about five minutes into 23 seconds.
2. It takes baby elephants a long time to learn how to control the many muscles in their trunks. As we were watching this elephant herd on baby seemed to be very playful with his trunk, having a good time seeing how he could use it. This video taken by Paul is almost worthy of U-Tube. This was taken in Tanzania in February, 2010.
