Equine Voices Rescue and Sanctuary

This ranch in southern Arizona was founded by Karen Pomroy to rescue horses that have been abused, abandoned, used as drug carriers, etc. She takes them in, nurses them back to health as best possible, and gives them a safe place to live out their lives. If they have the right temperament and health, they may also be fostered out to caring new homes. This ranch requires the help of many volunteers and charitable gifts to survive. Being able to do several photo shoots on site was a great privileged.
