This photo safari with Jack and Rikki Swenson was unique. It started in northern Namibia at Serra Cafena on the southern side of the river that forms a border with Angola. We visited two villages of Himba people, nomadic families who live off the land. Next we flew to Etosha National Park in the north eastern part of the country where we saw lots of animals. Just outside Etosha is Ongava Lodge where we stayed next. It is a Rhino preserve and we saw them several times. From there we flew to Walvis Bay, on the Atlantic coast. The next flight took us over the vast Namib Dunes, the oldest in the world, to Sossusvlei, a camp in the dunes.
